THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF GREATER WEST CHESTER AND CABRINI COLLEGE ANNOUNCE:

Conflict Resolution - Conflict between people can stem from many different reasons, and people have their own style of expressing feelings that lead to conflict. This presentation will include the different behaviors of difficult people, and the appropriate methods and coping strategies in dealing with them.
