Jackie Looby and her husband, Kevin, own three Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop franchises – located in West Chester, Exton, and coming soon to Springfield, PA.
Jackie spent fifteen years working in sales and marketing roles in the chemical industry and recently joined Kevin, who has owned the franchises for over 14 years, in working with the sandwich shops. They share a passion for providing award-winning, top-quality sandwiches and providing second-to-none customer service in their restaurants.
Capriotti’s started in 1976 on North Union Street in Wilmington, Delaware. The concept behind the store was to capture the hearts of “real turkey lovers,” an idea that would separate Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop from almost all of its competition. Sandwiches are served with fresh roasted pulled turkey, the best quality meats and cheeses, and fresh rolls and produce delivered daily.
The first Capriotti’s location is still up and running today along with over 75 locations across the county.
Capriotti’s is a sandwich experience. The essence of every shop is fresh, made-to-order sandwiches. The signature offerings include the Bobbie®, also known as “Thanksgiving dinner on a roll”, is comprised of homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo; the Capastrami® with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw; and the Slaw Be Jo® made with homemade roast beef, provolone cheese, Russian dressing and cole slaw. The turkey and roast beef are slow roasted in house every night to ensure succulent and delicious taste.
Capriotti’s sandwiches are truly award winning. The 2010 Chester County Choice Awards named Capriotti’s the best hoagies/subs, and the Bobbie was voted the Greatest Sandwich in America by AOL’s Lemondrop.com.
The West Chester Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop was opened in 1997 and is located at 607 East Market Street in West Chester. Capriotti’s is open daily for lunch and dinner and also offers catering trays for office luncheons, backyard and holiday parties.

When Mac Neilon made the decision to open Penn Office Products in 1987 there were no mega stores, no internet, few fax machines, and a big seller was typewriter ribbons. His model was to provide expert product knowledge, fast friendly service, free delivery and competitive prices to the Chester County business community. A lot has changed in 24 years but Mac’s business model hasn’t, creating a brand and customer loyalty that has sustained Penn Office Products through the current and previous economic downturns.
Penn Office Products is a full line commercial office products dealer, offering 25,000 items on a next day, free delivery basis. Their product mix can be viewed on-line at the web address below.
Even with the advancement in technology, the commercial office products customer still needs that personal connection to help run their business. Larger companies create a distance between themselves and their customers. At Penn Office Products, they close that gap and allow clients to be part of each step of the process. There are no automated answering systems, no complex return policies, and no grief, just good old fashioned customer service right in your office. For that personal connection call 610-431-0140.
Mac has been very involved in the community, Mac served on the Chamber of Commerce of Greater West Chester Board of Directors for 8 years, serving as the Chairman in 2001. Mac was awarded the Chambers Volunteer of the Year award in 2005. He also has been on the Iron Twilight Criterium board of directors from its inception, serving as the Board President for its first 5 years. Mac is also very active with the Rotary Club of West Chester.
Mac resides in West Goshen with his wife Margaret and two children; Colin(18) and Alison(15).
