Every journey begins with a well-charted plan of action. Effective leaders provide a clear path for others to follow by communicating performance expectations and criteria that set them up for success. Participants will learn how to develop goals and action plans to deal more effectively with change when organizations are forced to redirect their objectives. Leaders will learn how to help others accept the challenges that come with change in the workplace. Appetizers and drinks will be served.
