BFTP/SEP is part of a statewide network supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

Established in 1989, the Business Technology Center (BTC) of the School of Business and Public Affairs of West Chester University provides technical expertise and services in the application of information technology. The BTC assists businesses and other organizations in identifying cost-effective information solutions.

Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) is a private, non-profit economic development organization that has been nurturing economic growth in Chester County and the surrounding region for more than 40 years. The Council’s portfolio of business growth services includes: low-interest financing, small business lending, workforce training, retention and expansion, customized international business assistance, land and building site selection, brownfields consultation and remediation, urban redevelopment, and agricultural economic development.

Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, or DVIRC, is a private, not-for-profit economic development organization.  Our mission is to improve the competitiveness of small to medium-sized manufacturers in the southeastern Pennsylvania area.  DVIRC has produced results for over 1,200 manufacturers and we have helped our clients with more than 2,500 projects over the past 14 years.

ITAG’s mission is to expand the pool of qualified technology professionals in Southeastern Pennsylvania by creating and sustaining IT awareness programs and partnerships among businesses, educational organizations, and secondary and post-secondary schools.
