“Leading the Way!”  Your college education and your work experiences got you hired. You know the fundamental tasks required to perform your job effectively. What’s next? Are you ready for a management position?  Are you leading or following in your career?  Advancement doesn’t come by just mastering tasks.  Successful leadership requires a specialized skill-set that is learned from leaders you admire and emulate.  Develop your own style, and learn the fundamental skills that separate average managers from those who motivate and influence people around them.
